Cancellation of Orders Should you need to cancel you order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Every Season Giftware 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery. Other Deliveries Should you need to cancel you order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Every Season Giftware 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. No cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of intended delivery date as your hamper will have already been dispatched with Australia Post. Refunds At Every Season Giftware we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, however if your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will happily replace any damaged items accordingly. For this to occur we simply need you to repack the damaged item and return it to Every Season Giftware, 525 Highland Road West, Suite 308, Kitchener, ON N2M 5P4. All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card used to purchase the order. |
